How we calculate the Vermutpedia Score →

Overall impression

Martini Bianco is the world's most widespread white vermouth: a luminous expression of the Italian aperitif for those seeking moderate sweetness without the Rosso's herbal intensity. Made with fine white wines — including Trebbiano — and infused with botanicals highlighting vanilla, it occupies the space between Extra Dry and scarlet Rosso in the Pessione range.

Nose and palate

Pale golden tone. Floral nose with marked vanilla and aromatic herb background. On the palate it balances subtle sweetness and refined complexity; soft citrus and a delicately bitter finish. Smooth texture, less spiced than the red, more accessible on first contact.

How to serve it

Neat with ice and lemon slice, or in Bianco Spritz (50 ml Bianco + 75 ml Prosecco + 25 ml soda, with mint, lemon and strawberry per official recipe). Martini pairs it with grilled artichokes or chilli focaccia.

Production context

Made at Martini & Rossi S.p.A. (Pessione, Turin) with white wines and secret botanical blend. 15% vol.; formats from 75 cl. Sibling of Rosso, Extra Dry and Rosato in the house vermouth line.
