Overall impression

Vermut Diábolo Rojo is the artisan red vermouth of Bodega Cooperativa Santa Catalina del Mañán (Monóvar, Alicante), a cooperative founded in 1962 on the Mañán plain. Per distribution channels aligned with the house, it starts from local wine (Monastrell) macerated with aromatic herbs and flowers. The Diábolo brand evokes the peasant symbol linked to nature worship; commercial messaging presents it as an Alicante aperitif tradition elixir. 15% vol., 75 cl bottle with reusable porcelain swing-top. It pairs with Vermut Diábolo Blanco from the same cooperative.
