Vermut Dominical Blanco

Oreta Xida

Chantada , España

Overall impression

Vermut Dominical Blanco is the pale expression of Oreta Xida, a family distillery in Chantada at the heart of Ribeira Sacra. Made with white wine and natural botanicals, it reinterprets traditional aperitivo with Atlantic character: fresh, aromatic and balanced between herbs, citrus and flowers over a Godello soul.

Nose and palate

Pending evaluation.

How to serve it

Very cold with ice and lemon peel, or as aperitivo with Galician preserves, soft cheeses and shellfish. Versatile base for light bar cocktails.

Production context

Produced by Oreta Xida in Chantada (Lugo). Godello base, 15% vol., 1 litre bottle. Sibling to Dominical Red in the distillery vermouth range, alongside spirits, herb liqueurs and the house cream liqueur.
