Vermut Dominical Rojo from Oreta Xida (Chantada, Ribeira Sacra) is an artisan Galician vermouth of modern Atlantic profile. With Godello soul and reddish mahogany colour, it combines sweetness, aromatic herbs and gentle bitterness with spiced and citrus nuances for aperitivos, gatherings or gourmet cocktails.

At 9–10 °C with ice and orange slice. Pairs with preserves, Galician cheeses and charcuterie in Ribeira Sacra tapeo.

Production context

Made in Chantada by Oreta Xida, a distillery with copper still tradition in Ribeira Sacra. Godello base, natural botanicals, 15% vol., 1 litre format. Complements Dominical White in the house vermouth range.
