Dulce & Kanalla Vermut Blanco
Overall impression
Dulce & Kanalla Vermut Blanco is the freshest, most floral expression of the Valencian Ladrón de Lunas range: drier and lighter than the red, oriented to refreshing aperitifs according to the bodega. Part of the Dulce & Kanalla triad alongside the red and the pioneering orange vermouth — a white that bets on floral freshness and semidry balance within a Cullera project rooted in natural product, long maceration and more than a century of Valencian tradition.
Nose and palate
Bright straw-white colour. Broad nose: aromatic herbs, balsamic notes and spice. Soft, glyceric palate; fresh herb flavours with balsamic and citrus notes; gentle wormwood and vanilla finish. The semidry profile distinguishes it from the sweeter red and orange references, with a lighter, more daytime register that the bodega positions for terrace and informal aperitif in the Valencian comarca.
How to serve it
Very cold, on its own or with light soda; ideal on terrace and daytime Valencian aperitif. The bodega's service logic emphasises freshness over complexity: serve well chilled to highlight the floral-herbal nose and the gentle wormwood-vanilla close without the density of the red range.
Production context
Made in Cullera. Botanics macerated 30 days in selected white wines with ethyl alcohol; filtered; 30 additional days rest before bottling. 15% vol., 75 cl. Part of the Dulce & Kanalla triad documented at ladrondelunas.es. For Vermutpedia, the Blanco represents the semidry, floral pole of Valencian artisan vermouth from Ladrón de Lunas.
