Vermut Igarmi Blanco is the white expression of Bodegas Igarmi in Heras (Cantabria), the region's largest winery since 1890 and a historic reference on the Cantabrian coast. It complements Solera red, Reserva and Cítrico in a range sold in 1 L bottles and also in 5 L demijohns and bag-in-box for hospitality. A lighter profile than the classic Solera: aromatic herbs on a white base, balance between freshness, sweetness and botanical bitterness. 15% vol., generous 1 L format — the Cantabrian white vermouth for bar and terrace.

How to serve it

Very cold with ice and lemon twist in a wide glass, or in a spritz with soda or tonic. At 6–8 °C in a small glass or balloon with ice, aromatic herbs open elegantly; the 1 L format suits home aperitifs or Cantabrian bars already working the Igarmi range. Also in white Martini or long drinks where less body than Solera is wanted. Pairs with seafood, preserves, olives and fresh northern cheeses.

Bodegas Igarmi makes and bottles Vermut Blanco in Heras (Cantabria), in 3,000 m² facilities with roughly one million litres storage capacity. Tradition since 1890, fourth family generation, specialisation in flor-aged whites. Vermouth range: Solera, Blanco, Reserva and Cítrico. Blanco: 15% vol., 1 L bottle per official catalogue. No declared barrel ageing; aromatic herb maceration on white wine base.
