Nose and palate

Bright pink with red-berry glints. ViOrigen finds strawberry, liquorice, citrus peel, cinnamon and sweet flag on the nose. The palate is velvety: initial sweetness of anise, strawberry and raspberry gives way to wormwood bitterness and orange peel in an intense finish. Impeccable sweet-sour balance with sustained freshness.

How to serve it

An original aperitif neat or over ice with citrus; international distributors also suggest it in summer cocktails. The fruit-forward profile suits terrace service and spritz variations without losing vermouth structure.
