Vermut 7.000 Millas from Vinos la Zorra (Mogarraz, Sierra de Francia) breaks the rule of neutral white-base vermouth: born from a Rufete and Garnacha blend aged one year in barrel, repatriated after the Mogarraz–New York–Mogarraz journey. Collaboration with a third-generation vermouth master; nineteen botanicals infused separately. Limited edition of 3,288 bottles.
Nose and palate
Sierra head notes: rosemary, thyme and lemon balm. Classic heart (clove, wormwood, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise). Base of barrel-aged Rufete and Garnacha. Bitterness boosted with wormwood, horehound and cassia; artisan cane-sugar caramel. Mountain herbs over red wine structure—a vermouth with genuine body.
How to serve it
At 10 °C over ice; mountain aperitif or cocktails that welcome a full-bodied red vermouth. The barrel-aged base suits Negroni variations and spirit-forward mixes.

Made in Mogarraz (Salamanca). Bottled June 2020. Fifteen percent alcohol, 75 cl. The winery's sole vermouth reference.
