Vermut Negro Lo Fadri
Overall impression
Vermut Negro Lo Fadri is the red of the «Vermut els Fadrins» range from Agrícola de Montbrió del Camp (Montebrione): partner to white La Fadrina, launched together in July 2025 as the «cheekiest vermouths from Montbrió». Per the official shop, it is made by fermenting fresh grape must followed by maceration; the aromatic profile evokes Mediterranean forest — thyme, rosemary, fennel — with truffle and honey notes, in the herbaceous-balsamic line of traditional montbrionenc black vermouth but with its own identity within the els Fadrins sub-brand. One-litre bottle (also 25 cl). For Vermutpedia, it documents the cooperative's Mediterranean red alongside La Fadrina.
