Vermut Flamenco Tango
Overall impression
Vermut Flamenco Tango is the rosé reference in the Vermut Flamenco collection from Bodega Rockera (Bodegas Cabriñana), a family winery in the Sierra de Montilla (Córdoba) rooted in Lagar Cabriñana since 1925. According to bodegarockera.com, it combines the house's best wines with aromatic extracts that bring freshness and balance; the winery presents it as the most elegant and seductive version of the range, a soft and aromatic pink vermouth. Salmon pink with bright highlights in the official sheet. A tribute to tango, a style of passion and complicity. 15% vol., 75 cl. Forms a trio with Alegría (white) and Bulería (red). For Vermutpedia, Tango documents the rosé Montilla vermouth in Bodega Rockera's musical-flamenco line.
