Vermut Flamenco Bulería
Overall impression
Vermut Flamenco Bulería is the red reference in the Vermut Flamenco collection from Bodega Rockera (Bodegas Cabriñana), a family winery in the Sierra de Montilla (Córdoba) rooted in Lagar Cabriñana since 1925. According to bodegarockera.com, it starts from a selection of the house's best wines and aromatic extracts that bring complexity and balance; the winery defines it as an intense, aromatic vermouth with deep reddish colour and mahogany highlights. A tribute to the bulería, a joyful and passionate flamenco style. Gold medal at Premios Mezquita 2026 and Special Prize from the Aula del Vino de Córdoba 2026, per the official sheet. 15% vol., 75 cl. Also available in 3 L BIB format. Forms a trio with Alegría (white) and Tango (rosé). For Vermutpedia, Bulería is the flagship red in the house's rock-flamenco Montilla vermouth.
