Vermouth Campanelli Bianco is the white of Bodegas y Destilerías Vidal’s Campanelli line (Almassora, Castellón), partner to Campanelli Rosso in litre format at 15% vol. It completes the Castellón distillery’s affordable offer alongside El Artesano (entry red) and the house’s distribution brands. Aimed at light aperitif, spritz and budget bar service in the Valencian Community. For Vermutpedia, it documents Vidal’s mass-market white against the Artesano/Campanelli/Ardanche reds from the same producer.

Nose and palate

Pending evaluation. As a semisweet litre white from the same house, expect a more floral, less dense profile than the Rosso: soft Mediterranean herbs, aperitif sweetness and contained bitterness. No ageing declared; oriented to freshness and easy drinking rather than reserve complexity.

How to serve it

Very cold, neat or with ice and a lemon or orange twist. Works in a spritz with soda or tonic, and in an affordable white Martini. The 1 L format suits home and volume hospitality. Pairs with olives, fresh cheese and light snacks.
