Dry

Dry vermouth contains less sugar and shows a lighter, more herbal and cutting profile than sweet styles.

“Dry” describes mainly the sugar level, not the absence of aroma or bitterness. See the differences between red, white and dry to avoid confusing colour with sweetness.

It is classic in a Martini and other cocktails, though it is also served very cold with lemon peel. Dolin Dry represents the Chambéry tradition.
