Negroni

The Negroni is an Italian cocktail of gin, sweet red vermouth and bitter in equal parts. Its profile is aromatic, citrusy, sweet and bitter.

It is stirred with ice and usually finished with orange peel or a half slice. A rosso with body must support both the gin’s alcohol and the bitterness of the bitter.

The formula was born as a stronger variation of the Americano, replacing soda with gin. Carpano Antica Formula is a classic option for exploring its spiced side.
