Vermouth Arlini Blanco

Bodegas Arloren

Cañada del Trigo , España

Overall impression

Arlini Blanco is the pale expression of Bodegas Arloren (Cañada del Trigo, Jumilla): 100% late-harvest Macabeo (minimum 16°), fermentation stopped at 15° to preserve natural sugars and one month of botanical maceration in 700-litre French oak barrels. A personal vermouth project by José Antonio Arce built on the native Monastrell of the family winery.
