Cañada del Trigo

Overall impression

Verano del 82 is a vermouth reference from Bodegas Arloren (Cañada del Trigo, Jumilla) oriented toward the natural sweetness of Jumilla Monastrell. It shares the Arlini range philosophy: long-cycle late-harvest grapes, fermentation stopped to preserve sugars and botanical maceration in French oak. An edition with a more generous, Mediterranean profile than classic semidry Arlini.

How to serve it

Murcian aperitivo with ice, green olive and orange or lemon slice; pairs with ensaladilla, aged cheeses and charcuterie.

Production context

100% Monastrell with traditional fermentation interrupted at 15° to preserve natural sugars. After filtering, maceration with aromatic plants, roots and flowers in French oak barrels, per Arloren's artisan protocol. 15% vol. Not currently listed in the winery's online shop; made in the same facility as Arlini, Arlini Dry and Arlini Blanco.
