Cañada del Trigo

Overall impression

Arlini Dry is the dry version of Bodegas Arloren's Arlini line: 100% late-harvest Monastrell with fermentation stopped at 15° to preserve natural sugars, macerated with juniper and botanicals in French oak. A drier, cocktail-oriented profile compared with classic semidry Arlini.
