Nose and palate

Distinctive saffron note on the nose; dry, decisive and clean on the palate, with progression that values the vivacity of the base wine and herbal depth. Slightly smoky, fine and controlled finish that adds persistence without weight. Maintains softness and light tone despite being the driest of the trilogy. Compared with generic extra dry vermouths, Carlo Alberto bets on Erbaluce and Moscato d'Asti must, saffron identity and Superiore craft from Colleretto Giacosa. A precise, cocktail-ready dry with enough personality for neat service.

How to serve it

Ideal for classic Dry Martini; also neat or with ice and orange peel when you want precision and personality in contemporary mixology. Serve very cold (6–8 °C) to preserve the dry, decisive palate and saffron aromatic thread. Works in Vesper, white Negroni variations and any cocktail where a Torinese extra dry with Moscato vivacity replaces industrial alternatives. Pairs with olives, almonds and light appetisers that do not compete with the herbal depth.
