Medium-intensity tile red. Intense, complex nose: toast, fig, raisin, overripe dried fruit, liquorice and clove. Sweet entry, smooth passage with herbs and ripe fruit; pleasant wormwood bitterness on the finish.

Over ice with orange or lemon slice; aperitif before Toro wines or in cocktails with Castilian character.

Fifteen percent alcohol, 75 cl. Pairs with Gilda Blanco in Latarce's vermouth range; made in DO Toro with semisweet profile and intense botanicals.
