Vermut de Barrica Monasterio de Corias is the aged reference of the Asturian bodega (Cangas del Narcea, D.O.P. Cangas): made with Albarín Negro grapes from its own vineyards, matured in oak barrels. Intense ruby colour with garnet flashes; a complex, balanced profile between indigenous grape, botanicals and wood.

Nose of wood, indigenous fruit and aromatic herbs. Palate with body and personality; balance between sweetness, bitterness and fruity nuances typical of heroic Cangas vermouth.

How to serve it
