Vermut Blanco Monasterio de Corias is a refined, exclusive drink from the Asturian winery in Cangas del Narcea (D.O.P. Cangas). Made from Albarín Blanco grapes grown on the steep mountains of the Narcea, with barrel passage and maceration with fine local herbs and botanicals. It represents heroic viticulture of western Asturias and the vermouth bet of a monastic winery with strong territorial identity.

Nose and palate

Intense golden colour, result of wood ageing. Local herbs and botanicals over the character of native Albarín Blanco; balanced palate with freshness and complexity. Barrel passage adds depth without losing the personality of the steep-slope varietal.

How to serve it

Ideal with light aperitifs such as pickles, dried fruit and salted cheeses. Serve cold with a lemon slice to highlight complex flavours. Works as mountain vermouth for informal after-dinner moments.
