Roberto Amillo Reserva Especial is the haute perfumery of Jerez vermouth: not based on neutral white wine, but on dry Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez aged in oak butts, macerated with over thirty herbs, roots and flowers in French oak. How to serve it
The house recommends drinking it neat, very cold (around 5 °C), without ice, in a fine crystal glass. Not diluted terrace vermouth: this is for tasting.
