Overall impression

Sardino Reserva is the premium maritime vermouth of Pontevedra: «a year of care in every bottle» according to the house. It shares the Atlantic spirit of the classic Sardino red and white, but with greater depth, body and complexity from wood ageing. A reference for special occasions within a Galician brand of nautical character.

Nose and palate

Maritime profile enriched by twelve months in barrel: integrated wood notes, sweeter-bitter balance rounder than standard Sardino. Greater body and persistent aftertaste; ageing adds spice and roundness without losing Atlantic freshness.

How to serve it

Chilled with ice and citrus; gourmet pairing with seafood or collector's aperitif.

Production context

12 months in French and American oak barrels plus 3 months' rest in bottle. 15% vol., 75 cl. Third Sardino reference alongside the classic red and white.
