Overall impression

Zarro Ecológico is the world's first organic vermouth according to Bodegas Sanviver and the official Zarro shop: made exclusively with ingredients from 100% organic crops and artisanally in Fuenlabrada (Madrid). It belongs to the Vermut de Madrid range alongside classic Zarro, Reserva and Vintage —consolidated brands of the sole bodega that makes vermouth in the Community of Madrid, with forty years of experience and more than five million litres a year.

Nose and palate

The Zarro shop highlights a blend of selected aromatic herbs introduced manually to infuse and macerate, one by one, in oak barrels. Spiced aromas with cinnamon and wormwood memory; broad palate, medium-high intensity and long finish that balances vermouth tradition and sustainable organic profile.

How to serve it

Cold with ice and citrus, as a clean, persistent aperitivo. The shop recommends enjoying it on special occasions; 75 cl format, 15% vol. Organic version of the classic Madrid vermouth for those who prioritise authenticity and organic origin.

Production context

Made and bottled by Bodegas Sanviver S.L. at its Fuenlabrada facilities, where it combines modern technology with traditional production methods according to bodegas-sanviver.com. Sanviver includes the world's first organic vermouth in its vermouth range. 15% vol., 75 cl. Contains sulphites.
