Overall impression

Vermut ARATERRA Premium is the barrel-aged expression of the Aragonese brand Araterra, made artisanally in Zaragoza from an ancient regional formula. It differs from the classic litre ARATERRA through ageing of more than one year in 500-litre French oak bocoyes and an extract of more than forty botanicals. Elegant, fine and subtle, yet with marked character: the premium reference of the range in a 75 cl bottle.

Nose and palate

Aromas of ripe fruit intertwined with herbaceous notes and a vanilla background from the wood. On the palate, balanced, with a slightly bitter finish and long aftertaste that prolongs the sense of finesse without losing the personality of Aragonese red vermouth.

How to serve it

Served very cold, with an orange slice to highlight the fruit and vanilla from the barrel. Works as a classic aperitivo or base in mixed drinks when you want a vermouth with more depth than the house litre.

Production context

Artisan red vermouth from an Aragonese formula; more than one year ageing in 500-litre French oak bocoyes. 15% vol., 75 cl. Araterra range: Premium (75 cl) and classic (1 L).
