Overall impression

Descaro Vermut Rojo is the red vermouth in Bodegas Nodus' Descaro line (Caudete de las Fuentes, Utiel-Requena): 100% Bobal from the Valencian region, macerated with Mediterranean herbs and spices — clove, cardamom and coriander — plus citrus sensations and a bitter hop touch. Intense cherry-red colour and «descaro» personality on label and sensory proposition. 90 points Guía Peñín 2019.
