Overall impression

Luis Pitís Blanco is a sub-brand of Bodegas Lodeiros (Santiago de Compostela) bottled by the same family since 1910, but distinct from classic Lodeiros vermouth: 100% Albariño base instead of moscatel mistela, with less ageing and a fruitier, softer, more accessible profile. 1940 family recipe with natural ingredients and small-batch production.

Nose and palate

Pending evaluation.

How to serve it

At 6–8 °C in a wide glass with ice and lemon. Lime refresher with basil leaf per distribution recommendations. Pairs with fish, shellfish and cheeses.

Production context

Bottled by Bodegas Lodeiros S.L., Vía Faraday 20, Santiago. 15% vol., 75 cl. Luis Pitís commercial brand; not to be confused with Lodeiros White or Lodeiros 0%. Luis Pitís Red also exists in the same line.
