Lodeiros White 0% is a fresh, elegant proposal within Bodegas Lodeiros's author vermouth range. Made artisanally, all sugars and alcohol come exclusively from the wine, with no additions or artifice. Slow maceration of selected botanicals for a light, refreshing vermouth true to naturalness. 100% recyclable packaging without plastic. 15% vol., 9° Baumé, 75 cl.

Nose and palate

Bright straw yellow. Clean, direct nose with lime peel, dried chamomile and fresh herbs (basil and marjoram), while moscatel shows as white flower rather than sweet fruit. On the palate it is dry-to-medium, with lively acidity, light body and measured bitterness; medium persistence with a citrus-herbal finish that feels more gastronomic than sugary.

How to serve it

At 6–8 °C. Classic: over ice with lemon or lime slice. Refreshing: mix with lime soda 1:1, ice and a fresh basil leaf.

Production context

Artisan botanical maceration on moscatel mistela; no barrel passage. Complements sweet Lodeiros White, the Vento range and Lodeiros Red 0% from the same Santiago de Compostela winery.
