Vermut Medusa Blanc expands the classic range of Celler Manyé Fortuny (La Secuita) alongside the Negre and the aged versions. Born in the province of Tarragona, historic epicentre of Spanish vermouth, with the same family-formula philosophy passed down from the Manyé grandparents according to vermutmedusa.com.

Nose and palate

Pale straw colour according to Enterwine. Nose of exotic spices and Mediterranean herbs: sage, thyme, clove and elderflower with herbaceous vivacity. Round, intense palate; subtle bitterness that compensates sweetness; long finish with sweet spice memories. Base of local white wine macerated with selected botanicals.

How to serve it

Cold for Catalan white aperitivo. Usual 1 L format (~€8.60 RRP Enterwine). A generous litre vermouth for home and bar in the Camp de Tarragona tradition.

Made in La Secuita (Camp de Tarragona). 15% vol. Part of the Medusa line: Negre, Blanc, Reserva and Gran Reserva. Manyé Fortuny winery — third generation since 1940.
