Aurian Antollini Truffe

Maison Aurian

Overall impression

Antollini Truffe is the most singular cuvée of Maison Aurian: umami vermouth with dominant truffle, cooked tomato and gépi and absinthe nuances on a Gascon base fortified with Armagnac. Designed for gastronomy and adventurous palates, not volume consumption.
