Overall impression

Fot-Li Blanco completes the Reus range of Alegre Wines & Spirits alongside the Red and Fórmula Antiga: vermouth made artisanally in oak barrels with aromatic plants following the traditional Reus method — a city the bodega defines as the cradle of fine vermouth.

Nose and palate

Crystalline yellow with straw reflections. Candied fruit and fresh mandarin on the nose; soft, slightly citrus palate, round, with less alcoholic body than the house red.

How to serve it

Very cold on the terrace with Mediterranean appetisers; also in refreshing summer mixed drinks.

Production context

The blend is almost entirely Garnacha Blanca with 10% Viura or Airén. Nineteen botanicals, three weeks' maceration in barrels 80% French oak and 20% American (approx. 15 years old, medium toast). 15% vol., 75 cl.
