Fot-Li Fórmula Antiga is Toni Omedes Alegre's tribute to the earliest Reus vermouths — the city the bodega itself calls «the cradle of fine vermouth». The third and final expression in the range (alongside Red and White), it raises the stakes with 31 botanicals, 100% Garnacha Blanca and part of the lot in a forty-year oxidative wine solera. Limited production of around 9,000 bottles per year: a contemplative vermouth for those seeking the deepest expression of the Reus stamp from Alegre Wines & Spirits.

How to serve it

On ice alone to appreciate its complexity without diluting the character; also in author cocktails that demand body, controlled sweetness and oxidative notes — author Negroni, deep Manhattan or drinks where a solera vermouth adds nobility.

Production context

Three weeks' maceration; 100% French oak barrels with solera method and wine oxidised in the sun, as in the Reus tradition recovered by the bodega. 16% vol., 75 cl. Garnacha Blanca from DO Terra Alta, Montsant, Penedès and La Mancha. Closes the Fot-Li trilogy as the premium reference against Red (19 botanicals, Franco-American oak) and White.
