Vermouth Grisetti Bianco is the white vermouth from the Grisetti brand, created in 1996 by Vermuts Miró (Emilio Miró Salvat S.A.) in Reus. Made with 48 aromatic herbs following the original formula based on traditional botanical balance. A pale yellow vermouth with emerald nuances, crystalline, clear and bright. Silver medal at the World Vermouth Awards 2023 (Sweet category). 15% vol., 1 L format. Paired with the Grisetti Rosso.

How to serve it

Serve very cold, with ice and lemon peel or an olive. Ideal as a fresh aperitif or as a base for mixed drinks where floral sweetness without excessive bitterness is desired. The World Vermouth Awards tasting note highlights minerality, pear drops and orange blossom.

Production context

Made in Reus by Emilio Miró Salvat S.A. Official tasting note (grisetti.es): crystalline, clear and bright with yellowish-green reflections; soft and slightly fruity aromas, sweet flowers (vanilla) and medicinal plants; sweet entry, white wine flavour, fresh and silky mouthfeel, with marked herbal bitterness highlighting the harmony of botanicals. Key herbs: wormwood, artemisia, marjoram and dittany (48 botanicals total). 15% vol., 1 L. WVA 2023 note: "Really good minerality, lovely sweetness balanced with pleasant floral and herbal notes. Some pear drops and orange blossom."
