Overall impression

Perucchi Bianco is the sweet white vermouth of the house founded in 1876: more than twenty natural botanicals from Augustus Perucchi's original recipe, without preservatives or colourants. It shares the artisan philosophy of Gran Reserva — natural ingredients, century-old soleras in the same vats installed by the founder — but without oak ageing, making it the more floral and refreshing Badalonese alternative for those seeking a semisweet white of historic tradition.

Nose and palate

Straw white with greenish tones from herbaceous botanicals. The nose is very delicate and exquisite: a blend of wines with a multitude of interwoven floral aromas, in the line of a classic Mediterranean white vermouth. On the palate it is balanced, slightly sweet, gentle and smooth, with a pleasant passage and refreshing sensation; the finish is very powerful and long, a cocktail of aromas and flavours that confirms Perucchi identity in white format.

How to serve it

With ice, lemon peel and olive as a light aperitif; also as a component in a white Manhattan or in mixed drinks where a sweet, floral vermouth softens the spirit without dominating.

Production context

Made in Badalona with the same naturalness standard as the rest of the range. Cork stopper from Alt Empordà and beechwood head from Osona. 15% vol., 7º Baumé, 1 litre. Sibling of Extra Dry (1º Baumé) and Gran Reserva red on the Perucchi list.
