Cala Morisca Vermut Blanc (Soriano)

Miguel Ángel Soriano

Sitges , España

Overall impression

Cala Morisca Vermut Blanc completes the artisan vermouth duo of Miquel Ángel Soriano in Sitges (Barcelona), alongside the Negre. **Do not confuse** with Cala Morisca Vermut Blanco from Celler Díaz (Macabeo, commercial Sitges range). Same philosophy of traditional production with Mediterranean botanicals and identity link to the Morisca cove of Garraf.

Nose and palate

Mediterranean-profile white vermouth made with the same method as the red: prolonged maceration of selected botanicals. Brighter and fresher profile than the Negre, oriented towards classic white aperitivo with herbs and citrus typical of artisan Catalan style.

How to serve it

Cold, alone or over ice with lemon or orange peel. Coastal Sitges aperitivo. Organic product in Vinomada distribution — a white counterpart to the Negre for terrace service where the independent Soriano range is sought.

Production context

Made in Sitges (Barcelona) by Miguel Ángel Soriano. Traditional maceration with more than twenty-five botanicals (methodology shared with the Negre). 75 cl. Organic product in Vinomada distribution. Detailed organoleptic information limited in public sources compared to the red.
