Overall impression

Vermut Celda Frutal is the fruity reference from Celda by Mazmorra (Zaragoza), the author vermouth brand of Taberna La Mazmorra. Per the producer, it is an artisan red vermouth on a Macabeo and Chardonnay base from Bodegas Valdovinos, macerated with strawberries and apple. The official sheet specifies Granny Smith apple and presents it as a «longed-for truce»: vibrant, fruity flavour, sweet and hopeful. Each bottle numbered, torn label hand-applied and glass stopper. 17.2% vol., 75 cl. Forms the classic trio with Especiado and Herbáceo, extended by the limited Era de los Nogales edition.
