Vermut Celda Herbáceo is the herbaceous reference from Celda by Mazmorra (Zaragoza), the author vermouth brand of Taberna La Mazmorra. Per the producer, it is an artisan red vermouth on a Macabeo and Chardonnay base from Bodegas Valdovinos, macerated with spearmint, mint and orange peel. The website presents it as a «sharp awakening»: refreshing, citrus balance for introspective moments. Each bottle numbered, torn label hand-applied and glass stopper. 17.2% vol., 75 cl. Forms the classic trio with Especiado and Frutal, extended by the limited Era de los Nogales edition.

Made entirely in Aragón by Celda by Mazmorra. Local Macabeo and Chardonnay base (Bodegas Valdovinos, Antillón, Huesca); slow maceration in stainless steel with spearmint, mint and orange peel; artisan filtering and bottling. Limited production: each bottle hand-numbered and unique. Torn-look labels applied by hand, with a story written by the creator. Glass stopper preserves aromas. 17.2% vol., 75 cl. Contains sulphites.
