Overall impression

Vermut Celda Era de los Nogales is the limited edition from Celda by Mazmorra created with chef Toño Rodríguez and his Michelin-starred restaurant La Era de los Nogales (Sardas–Sabiñánigo, Huesca). Per the producer, it is a red vermouth macerated with toasted walnuts and star anise. The official website describes a soft, earthy aroma: «You leave the Celda. You have come home.» Includes hand-labelled glass bottle and gift box. 17.2% vol. (house standard), 75 cl per commercial sheet. Extends the Celda range beyond the Especiado, Herbáceo and Frutal trio.

How to serve it

Edition conceived for the gastronomic experience of La Era de los Nogales and Mazmorra; serve very cold. Available via the official shop, both restaurants and gourmet channels. Store in a dry, cool place.

Production context

Collaboration between David Sariñena (Celda by Mazmorra / Taberna La Mazmorra, Zaragoza) and Toño Rodríguez (La Era de los Nogales ★ Michelin). Macabeo and Chardonnay base from Bodegas Valdovinos; slow maceration in stainless steel with toasted walnuts and star anise. Limited production, hand-numbered bottles and hand labelling. Glass stopper preserves aromas. 17.2% vol., 75 cl. Contains sulphites.
