Overall impression

Lodeiros Vento White is an author vermouth where wine-base quality and artisan botanical maceration are central. Made from moscatel mistela with artisan methods; the base wine naturally supplies most sugars and alcohol, without artificial compounds. Bets on naturalness, consistency and regularity for the same experience in every glass, in hospitality or at home. 15% vol., 9° Baumé, 75 cl.

Nose and palate

Pale yellow with soft golden highlights. Medium-intensity, approachable nose: sweet lemon, pithy orange and light Mediterranean herbs with a simple floral background. On the palate it is round, with restrained sweetness and low bitterness, easy-drinking and more citrus than spicy; short-to-medium herbal finish built for long serves and daily aperitivo use.

How to serve it

At 6–8 °C. Classic: over ice with lemon or lime slice. Refreshing: mix with lime soda 1:1, ice and a fresh basil leaf.

Production context

Vento range from Bodegas Lodeiros (Santiago de Compostela): white and red vermouth line for regular bar and home service. No barrel passage. Complements traditional Lodeiros White and the 0% editions from the same winery.
